2-3 msk vetemjol
2 pressade vitlöksklyftor
1.5 tsk salt
1 tsk mald kummin
1 tsk mald koriander
1 krm cayennepeppar

Olivolja att steka i.
Blanda alla ingredienserna i en mixer eller matberedare. Mixa till en jämn smet. Forma runda bollar och stek i olivoljan tills de fått en jämn färg.

I Sverige serveras falafel ofta i pitabröd med sallad, hummus och såser på kebabkrogar.
