w-alaykum assalaam

Jag menar att situationen och omstandligheterna spelar in.

Shari'ah ar inte statisk och det bor inte muslimen heller vara.

Det finns olika ahkam beroende pa situationer som ar a priori eller posteriori. Exempelvis: En fundamental kunskap om (i?) tawhid gar fore allt annat. Du kan inte upplysa en icke-muslim att det ar haram att dricka alkohol innan du upplyst honom om tawhid eftersom t.o.m begreppet haram ar honom helt obegripligt innan han kanner till Allah...

Ett subtilt och forsiktigt svar kanske?
