Samma belöning?

Salamu aleykum

Jag undrar om man blir belönad efter hur mycket man anstränger sig? En person kan tex till sin natur vara lugn och tolerant,medan en annan måste anstränga sig för att lägga band över sitt heta temperament. Finns folk som gör Sunnah utan att de behöver anstränga sig så mycket,det kommer naturligt för dem.Får de ta del av samma belöning som en person som måste kämpa hårdare för att göra samma sak?
