Innan man sover är det bra om man säger, ”Gud! Med [åminnelsen av] Ditt namn dör och lever jag”

Och när man vaknar ”Lov och pris tillkommer Gud som givit oss liv efter att ha tagit oss hädan och till Honom återvänder vi”.
