Det ni kommer överens om före giftermålet är inte bindanden. Din blivande fru har därför rätt att begära vad som helst (och du har rätt att säga nej) fram tills ni gifter er. Huvudsaken är att ni är överens om brudgåvan (mahr) när äktenskapet ingås. När ni väl gift er är det bindande för dig att ge henne den brudgåva ni har kommit överens om, utom i undantagsfall.

Jag har en fråga angående bröllopsgåvan.
Om två personer bestämmt sig för att gifta sig och kommit överens om en bröllopsgåva, t.ex en ring. Kan kvinnan ändra sig i efterhand och kräva mer än det man bestämmde från början? T.ex att mannen ska möjliggöra för henne att utföra Hadj.
Jag har för mig att jag har läst någonstans i Koranen att det inte e fint att göra en sådan förändring, men kommer inte ihåg vart.

En anna fråga är: Ska kvinnan kräva av sin blivande man att ta henne till Hadj? Jag förstår om det e bra..men är det ett måste att kräva det?
